  1. Take out the Trash: When you notice the trash is full, take it out immediately instead of pushing it down or thinking you’ll do it later.

  3. Wash Dishes: As soon as you finish eating, wash your dishes instead of letting them pile up in the sink
  4. Sort Mail: Open and sort your mail as soon as it comes in—throw away junk, file important documents, and address any bills or action items.
  5. Put Away Groceries: After grocery shopping, immediately unpack and store all the items instead of leaving bags on the counter.
  6. Tidy Up After Cooking: Clean the kitchen while cooking (wiping counters, washing utensils) so there’s no mess to deal with afterward.
